Mark D. Mosher, Senior Pastor

God brought me into this world through my parents in Kansas! I grew up on a farm with an older brother and sister. Church was not a very big part of our lives and we did not attend regularly. To me, God seemed distant and authoritarian. My plans were to study veterinary medicine and make that a career. In the midst of my first year of college, God caught my attention. I was challenged through the testimony of a man who had discovered the reality of God in his life. As I heard his story, God moved my heart to respond. I was made aware of God's love for me, personally, and my need to accept the gift of forgiveness made available through what Jesus Christ has done. God came into my life as I invited Him, and changed me forever! I discovered the truth and reality of a very present Savior who cares for me and desires a constant relationship with me. God is near and personal!

Months after inviting God into my life, I heard a missionary share the need for people to give their lives to full time service to God. Again, God challenged my heart in a way I could not explain. I responded to the call and learned through the following months of God's call to pastoral ministry. I attended North Park Theological Seminary and was ordained a pastor in the Evangelical Covenant Church in 1979.

Glennifer and I were married in 1974, and we have three sons. We have served the Lord in churches in Iowa, Kansas and Minnesota. We moved to Liverpool in September of 2001.

The focus of my life is to help others discover the life-changing grace of God made available through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Son of God!

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:" (2 Corinthians 5:17-18 NIV)

Steve Annin, Associate Pastor to Youth

I was born in Schenectady, New York, lasted one winter and moved to the south where I stayed through two more moves until landing in California where I spent my teen years. My family consisted of my brother younger by two years, and my parents. I was raised in the church and accepted Christ as my savior at a camp at the age of 13. During my High School years I was involved in Young Life, a time when my faith and understanding in Christ grew.

In my latter High School years I served in the leadership of my Young Life group, it was during this time that the seeds of my call to serve Christ full time began to form . In the summer after my senior year I served as an intern to my church. From this experience I decided to attend a Christian College where I could find and prepare for a career in full time ministry. That call burns in my soul even stronger today. It's a call of being obedient to Jesus' command in John 15:12 to "love each other as I have loved you", by helping others realize God's love for them, encouraging them in a growing relationship with Him, and equipping them to find His purpose for their lives.

Jan and I were married in 1984 and have been blessed with three children, Christopher, Jason, and Julia. We also served a church in Wisconsin. We've been a part of Redeemer since January 1997.
